Business Analysis & Usability is the application of Human Factors analysis in the commercial technology sector. The Business Analyst (BA) acts as the liaison between the users of the technology and the development team. The role of the BA is to conduct user requirements analysis, write the requirements document, support the technical team with interface design, conduct usability testing, and provide inputs to training and procedure development.
